Training Innovations has been selected by ASPECT as the sole-contractor to deliver the Targeted Skills Shortage program in Burnaby, Coquitlam, Port Moody, Richmond, Vancouver, North Vancouver, Squamish and Whistler.

The ASPECT Targeted Skills Shortage program (TSSP) helps businesses and non-profit organizations grow the potential of their low-skilled employees by providing access to funded training for eligible staff.

The program is an initiative of the BC Ministry of Jobs, Tourism and Innovation. TSSP provides up to $1500 per employee to a maximum of $7500 per employer for training activities.
