ASPECT is an association of community-based trainers that represents and promotes the interests and activities of members to strengthen their capacity to provide services to people with barriers to employment. Training Innovations has been an active member with Aspect for over 8 years. Training Innovations works in partnership with Aspect to deliver IMMPowerBC – a program that is designed for skilled immigrants and internationally trained professionals.
The BCCDA was formed in 2009 after a merger between the Employment Network Education and Training for Rehabilitation and Career Practitioners Society (ENET) and the Career Management Association of BC. The mandate of the BCCDA is to provide a central networking, education and training service to develop the knowledge and skills of its members.

The National Career Development Association (NCDA) is a division of the American Counseling Association (ACA). The mission of NCDA is to promote the career development of all people over the life span. To achieve this mission, NCDA provides service to the public and professionals involved with or interested in career development. Training Innovations is a new member to this association and looks forward to presenting at their National Conference.
The International Society for Mental Health Online (ISMHO) was formed in 1997 to promote the understanding, use and development of online communication, information and technology for the international mental health community. Training Innovations is a new member with this society and looks forward to playing an active role in this growing conversation.
The Burnaby Board of Trade support success in the Burnaby business community. It is venue for members to connect with and support each other, mainly in the form of networking and informational events. Training Innovations is an active member and participates on the Labour Force Task team. In 2005, Training Innovations was a finalist in the Business Excellence Awards in the Innovation category.
