Training Innovations has created a unique program that offers a high degree of personal support. Our program blends in-person meetings with online services to offer you more schedule flexibility while still offering you a lot of 1:1 support.

Career Assessment

We will work with you to assess your skills, experience and credentials and explore job opportunities in your field. We will help you identify the industry-specific skills and qualifications you need to work in BC. With the support of a Career Strategist you will develop a plan to find work that matches your qualifications.

Skill Enhancement

If training is part of your career plan, we will help you fine the right program and coordinate external training. We can also help you develop your communication skills, learn about Canadian workplace culture, and enhance your job search skills. We will work with you to fine-tune your self-marketing and presentation skills so that you can successfully promote yourself to an employer.

Work Orientation and Support

We work closely with employers in the targeted industry sectors (construction, energy, tourism and transportation) and will help you find work that matches your qualifications. If you need Canadian experience, we can help you connect with employers for work experience, practicum or mentoring opportunities.
