Encore is a six-week employment program is designed to help older workers develop in-demand skills and put their experience to work in the Sea to Sky Corridor.

We'll help you create and implement an individual career plan - so that you can find work that is a good match for your abilities and personal work goals.

• Connections with local employers
• Job search support
• Income support while you're in training

Eligible participants are unemployed workers age 50+. Preference will be given to participants that are not currently in receipt of Employment Insurance (EI) benefits.
