For some of you this may be your first e-Learning experience. If you have not already done so, please take some time to navigate through the course, exploring the sections and the Interactive Community. Once you have become familiar with the learning platform, it is suggested that you map out your learning timeline and completion dates for the Course Activities as outlined in the Course Overview.

Your Learning Community

Individuals who make up your Learning Community come from a wide variety of organizations and geographical locations. As a first step in this learning experience, take some time to introduce yourself to other members of your learning community.

This exercise will give you the opportunity to login to the Interactive Community, and learn something about your co-learners. Enter the Interactive Community and click on "Discussions". Visit the Folder called Introductions, and post a new message to the group introducing yourself to the learning community. Please share the following:

• Who you are; something about your work; your role/job function at your workplace
• Why you have enrolled in this course?
• What you hope to learn from this course?
