The Experience

Online services give participants more control over their experience. Because the content and activities are available 24/7, individuals can choose to participate where they want, when they want. This flexibility is valuable for individuals who have other commitments (work, school, volunteering, parenting, etc.) and need different options for accessing services.

Participants are guided through the learning or counselling process by their e-Facilitator. The e-Volve learning environment has embedded tools that promote interaction and dialogue between the individual participant and facilitator. Strategically placed coaching exchanges help keep participants on track and ensure a successful outcome.

Participants are able to work at their own pace and focus on content most relevant to their situation. Instead of delivering the content, facilitators spend the majority of their time coaching participants and helping them apply the information to their unique situation. This results in a highly personalized experience.
