Job Placement Services

We work closely with employers to help find appropriate jobs for participants in our Skills Connect for Immigrants Program and in the Encore Employment Program .

We can help you connect with quality employees and streamline your hiring process. Our post-placement services ensure that the employment relationship gets off to a positive start.

We offer:

• Pre-screening of qualified job seekers
• Full support through the hiring process
• Post-placement services including orientation support and on-the-job training
• Funds for external training courses (Skills Connect for Immigrants Program only)
• Strategies for developing and retaining employees
• Expertise on workplace diversity
