We are seeking a dynamic Project & Workplace Training Coordinator to join our new Aspect Small Business Employee Training Program. This pilot project, funded by the Ministry of Small Business, Technology and Economic Development and delivered by Tii as a subcontractor of Aspect, is designed to help small businesses grow the potential of their lower skilled workers (known as "growth employees") by developing training plans and funding courses needed by the small business and the participating employee(s). This exciting project will allow us to bring our career and skills development knowledge directly into the workplace.
