We require an experienced individual to work with individual job seekers and local employers to facilitate employment placements through our Training for Jobs program.  You will assist the client in identifying an appropriate work target, provide instruction and coaching around job search tools and techniques, and liaise with employers to generate job leads and employment opportunities for registered participants.  You will provide coaching and ongoing support to ensure that clients are successful in their placement for up to 18 months.
