Course Refund Policy

In the event you need to cancel a course registration, your request for cancellation is to be received in writing by TII Training Innovations Inc a minimum of 7 days prior to the commencement of the course. Refunds are subject to an administrative charge of 25% of the total course fees.

No refund will be made within one week of the course commencement or as a result of withdrawal from the course. TII Training Innovations Inc reserves the right to cancel courses due to issues related to Tii staff, technical matters, or enrolment. Should a course be cancelled, a full refund will be given.

Should a refund be made, course fees paid by credit card will be refunded by a means of a credit to the account. All other refunds will be made by cheque.
